On Broadway – Reprise

At TODS we are very proud of our 66 year history as part of the Tenterden community.

For our audiences, many of whom are drawn from the local area, we put on plays, musicals and revues of a consistently high standard. Many of these have taken place at venues in and around Tenterden including the Town Hall, Sinden Theatre and The Barn Theatre at Smallhythe.

For our members, the vast majority of whom live locally, TODS provides the opportunity to be part of a welcoming, inclusive society in which they can perform, support offstage, learn new skills and make great friendships.

But our commitment to Tenterden goes further than this. Over the past year we have sung carols to the residents of Acacia House, taken part in the Spirit of Tenterden festival and held social events at The Grapevine, the Old Diary, The Woolpack, Highbury Hall and St Michael’s Village Hall as well as holding a play reading upstairs at The Hoof and Hook and rehearsing at The Pavilion.

It’s our great pleasure, therefore, to be putting on this production of On Broadway in support of Tenterden Social Hub! which provides vital support for elderly, disabled and vulnerable adults. We are also delighted to be performing alongside the Rhythm of Life choir, which is also based in Tenterden.
